When our retail partner is the right door

Anything about a placed order lives with our retail partner: delivery dates, a box that arrived dented, payment questions. Their help pages are linked right from your order confirmation, and they can see your order while we cannot.

Letters find us at 400 North Portland Street, Bryan, Ohio 43506. Fair warning: that is a working candy press, not a shop. No counter, no tastings at the gate, and any parcel about an order belongs with our retail partner, not in Ohio.

Photos of heart-topped cupcakes, ideas for new sayings, and notes from teachers who survived a classroom party. Those make our week.
